I have practically 27 years of LPN experience to bring to your facility. As a traveler, I had the honor of working with staff of different nationalities, religions, languages and states. Gained knowledge on different ways to chart, record and perform tasks. I am eager to learn, willing to take any classes necessary to learn a position that may be new.

Duties within the scope of LPN according to state. Job duties are too numerous to list. Please ask for any clarity’s . Delegate, offer guidance, over see CMA’s as needed to maintain safety with medication passes.
Basics such as VS, hygiene, showering, helping to cloth and dress, maintaining safety such as non slid socks, appropriate lighting and equipment.
Inserting and maintaining Foley catheters, IV’s. Administering IV fluids, antibiotics within scope of practice. Collecting samples such blood draws, sputum, stool and reporting abnormal values. Maintaining peg tubes, giving ordered meds and feedings per Dr orders
Maintaining resident physical and mental status by encouraging facility activities, church, visiting with other residents. Keep resident and families up to date on status, educating as needed
Multitasking/Prioritizing/Communication
Ability to adapt in any facility or crisis
CPR certified (up to date)
