Facilitated goal achievement for adults with intellectual and developmental delays in ADT center. Prepared and served lunches for participants, ensuring nutritional needs were met. Documented individual progress notes for each participant to track development. Executed various activities and duties to enhance participant engagement and learning.

• I started as Community Support I would take participants out in the community to do actives , DR Appointments etc , when the pandemic hit I was moved into Residential Support , I was in home with Participants we did online learning , exercise , meal planning , outings (stayed in the car at the beginning)

• I assisted residents with their care from feeding to bathing I worked on the rehab floor as well helping residents recover from surgery like hip surgery

• Assisted in the care of Veterans from feeding to bathing. I worked on the Alzheimer’s and Dementia Floor.
