- Plan, organize and direct our monthly scheduled Family Faith Formation Sunday which includes a family lunch, classroom hour long-session and wrap up session concluding Sunday.
- Recruit and train catechist for Sunday classes.
- Recruit Parishioners to prepare a nourishing lunch for our Sunday attendees.
- Serve as liaison with Diocese of Gallup concerning anything pertaining to our overall parish religious education program: i.e., attending needed diocesan meeting and program, responding to mandated diocesan paperwork and student rosters and listings, and directing our parish involvement in the "Protecting God's Children".
- Assist in our parish Diocesan Mission of Renewing the Faith program when sessions take place on scheduled Sunday's.
- Meet with our Pastor on an ongoing basis updating and informing him on anything concerning overall parish religious education offerings.

- Keep the Pastor informed on any needed sacramental, ministerial or financial involvement when he is absent from Tuba City.
- Maintain neat and workable office environment, up keep on office necessities.
