Extensive expertise in studying the prognostic relevance of somatic genomic alterations especially in blood neoplasms for cancer prevention and therapeutic vulnerabilities. Manage molecular testing and reporting for the Mayo Pre-Myeloid Bone Marrow Failure Clinic. Background in biochemistry, computational chemistry, and lab-based translational experiment design, combined with effort in co-authoring over 350 peer reviewed publications and many national and international educational appearances, all based on myeloid malignancy research. Successfully led interdisciplinary projects, resulting in significant advancements in field.
