- I've been working in the industrial industry for the last 10+ years. I've been doing mechanic work on water pumps, anhydrous ammonia/NH3 pumps and compressors, glycol pumps. we rebuild and replace all the different size motors and coordinate with our electricians on VFD installations. my department is in charge of all plumbing and water use in the plant. we work on and service all our rooftop air handling units for our temperature sensitive area's throughout the plant. we are the onsite boiler techs/mechanics. we service and replace all our relief valves for the boiler and NH3 system. our department is also in charge of all air compressors, we operate, service and install them. we take our safety and the plants safety very serious with step by step procedures and policies

- I was the produce department manager for the local Safeway. my duties included managing a crew of 8-10 produce clerks. I would do all daily and monthly ordering of fresh produce and supplies for the department. we would all engage with great costumer service and any other needs of the store as a whole. I would also engage in sales tactics with the costumers on fresh produce sampling and price reductions. My crew and i would have daily shift huddles on safety and service, and I would make it a point to observe and thank my crew for good work ethics and service.
