Responsible in providing inpatient medical, surgical, telemetry, and stepdown level of care to patients admitted to the hospital from the Emergency Department (ED).

• In charge for nursing care for the admitted patients in the dynamic, fast-paced, high-patient turnover environment of the Emergency Department.
• Advance the inpatient plan of care in coordination with the admitting team, case management and emergency care unit charge nurse.

Responsible for administering investigational product such as PO, SQ, and IV medications, overseeing discharge protocols, and providing follow-up care. Ensuring thorough documentation of any adverse reactions, patients' vital signs, lab tests, EKG findings, and working closely with physicians and other team members.

• Reviewed study protocols regularly for compliance with federal regulations, and institutional policies.
• Managed complex patient care situations in the clinical trial setting by applying critical thinking skills and evidence-based practices.

Responsible for patient care coordination, patient assessment, checking vital signs, treatment plan implementation, medication management, preparing patient documentation, specimen collection, patient teaching, and all aspects of patient relations.

• Primary nursing care for 4-5 Medical Surgical/Telemetry patients with cardiac/surgical post-operative procedures such as GI, GU, vascular, surgeries. Documented all daily patient care activities notes, medication administration, etc. through electronic medical records.
• Assesses patient conditions, and assists in treatment plan development.

Responsible for patient care, administering medications, emergency response, patient teaching, patient charting, patient relations, wound care, IV therapy, and other specialized nursing interventions as needed.

• Assessing and evaluating the health status of residents/patients, including conducting physical examinations, reviewing medical histories, and developing individualized care plans.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to residents/patients.

Home Care Aide provider in a setting with clients with Medical Conditions such as:, Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease

• Monitored clients for 8 to 12 hours shift. Administered Medications as ordered by Physicians. Assisted with daily living like exercise, grocery shopping and meal preparation, bathing and personal care, and light housekeeping.
