• Resource for clinical staff, providers and Center Managers on clinical workflows, documentation, quality control, daily and monthly checklists, training metrics and MedExpress Patient Safety Goals, providing guidance to staff on clinical policies and procedures
• Collaborate and supports operational teams by identifying opportunities for improvement related to patient care and clinical practice, developing innovative strategies to promote process improvement, and supporting implementation of process change

• Utilize MedExpress Continual Readiness Checklist to educate Center Managers and clinical staff on Optum and accreditation Standards, aide Center Manager with center readiness for accreditation and inspections
• Complete annual Optum Assessment and upload results into UHG eGRC
• Lead actions needed to complete Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) with administrative Quality Team support
• Oversee completion of EHS Certification of all clinical staff in alignment with DOT Regulations
• Ensure Environmental of Care Binder is up to date
• Ensures that new hire training, ongoing training, and annual clinical competencies are completed
• Supports Center Manager by providing remediation/re-education of clinical staff as needed
• Support roles of Clinical Preceptor and EHS Field trainers, reinforcing changes that affect their precepting and leading “train trainer” sessions
• Review incident reports for centers and help Center Manager with focused training as needed
• Interviews clinical candidates in partnership with Center Manager when available
• Attend monthly Clinical Operations/Training calls and Clinical Communication Forum (CCF) and ensuring relevant information is placed in Communication Binder for staff to review and acknowledge.

• Assist with Quality Assurance and Compliance in 8 centers while working as the Lead RN 1 shift a week.
