  • Extensively utilize both Maximo and SAP warehouse management systems. Work includes creating, adjusting and maintaining US CBP asset management information from data, making calculations, performing analysis, keeping records, and conducting quality control based upon established methods or in accordance with general instruction.
  • I complete service requests through the ServiceNow app for ports requiring various types of CBP equipment, such as drug and radiation detection. I double-check the requests for accuracy and rectify inaccuracies through communication with the client or personal knowledge from experience.

  • Maintain inventory using SAP and MAXIMO warehouse management systems. Physically organize palletized equipment and updating the WMS.
