I had to figure out half of how everything worked with no prior guidance from previous contracted maintenance company. It was difficult the first few years bring the buildings back up from years of neglect.(swapping all old sump pumps, updating lighting fixtures) but i take pride in how smoothly everything is working now! With little issues here and there and no longer big ticket fixes as a cause of neglecting scheduled maintenance!

I was hired initially at Bluemel's Garden and Landscape Center as a lawn maintenance technician for edge teimming properties as part of a two man crew. I quickly moved into the main leader of the two man crew and became a key role in the lawn maintenance department, as a cause of my efficiency. I ended up helping other crews as I would finish my 5 day cutting route in 3.5-4 days. My current manager John Lewandowski, saw promise in me and pulled me up into the salaried position that I have now.

I was give raise after raise in quick succession because I am a high value asset to my current employer. My hard work(almost every day from, May-November) and dedication to keeping the contracts delegated to me in top condition.

The use of skid steer, telehandlers, scissor lifts, and portable man lifts is now second nature after years of use moving materials within a bulk material sales point(gravel, mulch etc.)

I have taken apart in various contstuction projects like building storage lockers tenants spaces, renovating building trim lighting install mounting points, drywall mudding and sanding, minor electrical fixes, plumbing issues and pipe fixing/installing, greenhouse renovation, laying brick pavers, installing sign posts.
