Responded to borrower email and telephone request with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness. Pull and prep web applications and other administrative based duties, including updating credit reports and AUS findings, for licensed teammates. Set and confirmed appointments for the originators and managed calendar. Gathered and prepared required documents for a loan from beginning to closing. Responsible for getting outstanding documents from borrower. Responsible for requesting 4506 C, SSA, Property Insurance, VOE, Payoff, request all title documents, ordered Appraisal, flood certificate. Acted as a point of contact for the clients and referral sources, keeping them informed throughout the loan process.

Prepare application documents and follow-up with clients to request missing documentation to prepare the file for processing. Responsible for setting up the file, then order appraisal, TRV, VOE, Title documents, USPS, Flood Certificate, UDN, Loan Safe, HOI, following up with all documents order is returned so all closing dates are met. Achieved and maintained Winner Circle with Mazda American Corporation with 7 years of the highest Customer and Sales Satisfaction Index for Roger Beasley Mazda of Georgetown. Liaised between customers and Mazda American Corporation and resolved all customer satisfaction concerns for sales, service, and parts. Responsible for customer follow-up for sales and service insuring a "very satisfied" experience while visiting our dealership. Led a team of 4 employees, which duties include hiring and termination, scheduling of all leave, personal and vacation. Coordinated all 3rd party services after the sale for the customer including vendor appointments. Managed schedules for 45 employees in Mazda’s LMS and Instructor lead training off site.
