Coordinated the short-term activities of the area within established guidelines and standards to produce the highest quality, lowest cost product in the safest and most efficient manner, while also partnering with the other members of the 24-hour Area Leadership Team to deliver area continuous improvement. Built effective teams on the shift and managed the training strategy for both the individual associates and the team. Implemented and enforced established policy, as well as area and organizational strategies.

Scheduled maintenance and contractors for short term and long-term repairs to least effect downtime on the shift.
