Your Role:
  
As part of our eBusiness Solutions organization, you will have the opportunity to leverage our industry leading scientific content to produce custom catalogs for customers that use eProcurement platforms to acquire products. The Head of Hosted Catalog Optimization will lead a global team focused on delivering accurate, optimized, and timely hosted catalogs and price files to internal and external customers. 
  
As the Head of Hosted Catalog Optimization, you be responsible for developing processes and data pipelines that allow for the efficient creation and delivery of hosted catalogs. You will define strategies, systems, and procedures that drive automation into hosted catalog creation. You will be obsessed with the accuracy of and optimal presentation of our product content to customers. You will know how to work with large data sets and be able to configure them to meet our customers' expectations. In this role you will partner closely with commercial, pricing, product management, and technology teams to create a premier user experience for customers that use eProcurement platforms. You will leverage your knowledge of various eProcurement platforms to ensure our products are displaying optimally in 3rd party eProcurement platforms. You will leverage data, customer interaction, and account manager feedback to uncover customer pain-points and growth opportunities in the business supported by hosted catalogs.
  
Who you are:
  
Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in business, statistics, computer science, math or science field.
* 5+ years of experience with E-Commerce and/or eProcurement platforms 
* 3+ years working with data tools and protocols such as Big Query, KNIME, and SQL
  
Preferred Qualifications:

* Skilled at developing automated workflows to organize and configure data
* Proven experience interfacing with and impressing customers
* Demonstrated expertise in ecommerce technology and user experience
* Knowledge of ERP pricing procedures and interfaces
* Proven ability to use data to make decisions and drive consensus
* Team player and self-starter with excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff and create relationships
* Assertive with the ability to speak on behalf of the customer
* Skilled at collaborating with multi-functional teams to test and implement solutions 
* Experience managing a global team
* Ability to travel up to 20% travel (domestic and international)
