Environmental Project Management:

  • Manage Phase 2 ESAs and Environmental Cleanup projects, primarily UST decommission and cleanup.
  • Work directly with property owners, realtors, permitting agencies, regulators and other interested parties.
  • Direct and oversee field crew and subcontractors in soil, soil-gas, and groundwater investigations, vapor mitigation, excavations and decommissions.
  • Follow state regulations and used risk based corrective action decision making to guide remediation strategies to achieve site closure.
  • Write contracts, proposals and bids for clients, as well as review budgets and generate invoices and project documentation.


Operations Management:

  • Oversee all project managers and departments within the company (UST, radon, sewer, stormwater, Phase 1/Phase 2 environmental investigations).
  • Responsible for hiring and training new project managers, and generation of new contract templates, project forms, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Facilitate communication and problem solving between employees, subcontractors, regulators and clients.
  • Development and delivery of presentations to clients and other professionals.
  • Report directly to company president and participate in review and development of companywide strategies to improve and increase efficiency and output.
