In my few years of professional experience, starting from the bottom and getting to my current position has been an achievement for me from conflict resolution to customer relations I have earned the
highest mark for customer satisfaction as a customer service representative.

Working in an HR department has Design and executed a comprehensive programme that improved employee performances and satisfaction, implemented a new performance management system that increased productivity, also having a keen eye for talents helped me become an associate in the HR department, working with my seniors and observing the recruitment process improve my strategy on streamlining the recruitment by utilizing social media, referrals and recruitment platforms.
