The primary goal of this position is to provide content and language development support in core subjects with an effort to improve academic growth and achievement for 8th grade students learning English as a second language. Specifically, it is to raise the level of language acquisition instruction while sustaining best practices that are culturally and linguistically responsive.

Essential Functions:

• Provide targeted language acquisition support with a primary focus on English, Language Arts and Mathematics, helping English Language Learners (ELLs) access and succeed in core academic content.
• Design and adapt effective lesson plans aligned to students’ English Language Development (ELD) levels, integrating language objectives with reading, writing, and math instruction.
• Successfully deliver sheltered math instruction and support Language Arts development through explicit vocabulary instruction, sentence frames, and structured writing support.
• Use differentiated strategies such as modeling, visuals, and scaffolded instruction to support comprehension of complex texts and mathematical concepts.
• Co-teach Science and Social Studies classes, collaborating with general education teachers to incorporate language support and ensure access to content for ELL students.
• Successfully implement culturally and linguistically responsive practices to support diverse learners and foster an inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to support continuous growth in language development, reading comprehension, mathematical, and science proficiency.
• Collaborated with educators to plan and implement effective teaching strategies and improve student engagement.
• Facilitated professional development sessions for staff on best practices in intervention techniques.
• Designed and implemented individualized intervention strategies to support student learning needs.

Manage all aspects of daily operations including business development, client relations and recruiters management to deliver unique recruitment solutions. Partner, consult, and collaborate with hiring managers on development of appropriate and cost effective recruitment strategies. Maintain and analyze timely tracking reports to gain insight into hiring needs and fulfillment for different departments.

Managed approximately 30 incoming calls, emails, and scheduled at least 3 sales meetings per. Championed strategic initiatives to integrate marketing, sales, production, and administrative departments for greater efficiency. Assisted in generating sales leads for B2B and B2C markets. Supported business-to-business sales of social media marketing, website design, user interface design, and SEO services. Managed client accounts while providing excellent customer service to enhance customer retention.
