Grace By Nia is a fine dining soul food restuarant. But unlike other restaurants a Jazz club as well, I was a server and helped open the restuarant last year. As servers we were required to memorize over 20 special cocktails. Soul food is unique to this part of the state so I was honored to be given the opportunity to extend and educate every customer who visited. Truly an experience I never encountered myself, and learned a lot myself as well.
