- Varsity Head Coach - I establish the program's expectation of our student athletes while leading strategic game planning sessions to improve overall team performance. I organize day to day practice schedules, schedule exciting competitive games and handle budgeting.
- Mentor - I meet our student athletes where they are and take the time to bring them alone. I console and guide our student athletes through the rigors of life that they face.
- Culture - I provide a safe, understanding and caring environment for our student athletes. I ensure pre-game routine, energy on the bench and make sure positive body language is consistent and up to our standard.
- Gym Director - I oversee school based gym events while handling and organizing the gym usage schedule.
- Character Development - I studied and applied the "Texans Way" state initiative to our basketball program. I also made sure our players completed and understood each pillar of "Texans Way".
- Program Development - I always look to provide our student athletes with unique opportunities our connections provide. I made sure our team participated in top events in the area as well as out of the city. Through this program develop we were able to retain our student athletes as well as draw others in to our open enrollment district.
- Physical Development - I developed and implemented weight lifting program for student-athletes of the Wrestling Program.
- Community Outreach - We participate in initiatives to help connect and provide for our community while promoting our basketball program.

- Head Junior Varsity Coach - I established the program's expectation of our student athletes, organized day to day practice schedule.
- Varsity Assistant Coach - I assisted with in-game adjustments, subbing rotation, helped develop strength & conditioning plan, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Film Breakdown/Scouting Reports - I watched film on opponents, provided breakdown on each player as well as developing schemes to stop opponents' strengths while forcing them to their weaknesses.
- Culture - I had a role in ensure pre-game routine, energy on the bench and positive body language was consistent and up to our standard. I handled grade checks for all levels. I recruited and vetted our team managers and handled equipment for all levels of the program.
- Gym Director - I oversaw and scheduled events, AAU practices that took place in the gym.
- Player Exposure - I assisted with Social Media outlets and AAU placement for our players.
