I am a recent graduate from Massachusetts College of Art and Design. My interest in art began when I was a child and struggled with a speech based learning disability which affected my verbal and written communications. As a result art was my means of expressing myself.
Growing up watching morning cartoons helped me realize that animation was something I wanted to learn and create for a living. I attended an after school art class at the Acorn Gallery School of Art to help with learning the human anatomy from figure drawings and oil paintings to build up my portfolio to attend art college. Over the years I self-taught how to draw using programs such as GIMP, Paint Tool Sai, and I currently use Clip Studio Paint for digital art and digital animation. While in Mass Art I learned how to use Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. I'm really excited to begin my career in animation and to continue improving my skills.
