As a fulfillment team expert at target I am responsible for ensuring that online orders are efficiently picked, packed and prepared for delivery or pick up. My Role primarily focuses on the fulfillment of customer orders placed through targe's online platform. Key Duties Include:

• Picking Orders: Accurately selecting products from storeshelves based on online orders.
• Packing: Safely packing items for delivery or in-store pickup, ensuring orders are ready for customers without damage.
• Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory counts and ensuring product availability for online orders.
• Customer Service: Providing support for customers by handling order issues, inquiries, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Team Collaboration: Working with other team members to maintain a fast, efficient, and organized fulfillment process.

• Identified needs of customers promptly and efficiently.
• Made sure the work environment is well organized and clean for the guests and associates.
• Handled transactions at the register and fulfilled any questions the guests had.
