As a general volunteer at the Susannah Wesley Community Center in Kalihi throughout high school, I was handling a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. I would volunteer for the big events the center would host and help out with any task that was needed of me from interacting with community member at public health screenings of setting up and breaking down for an event. I came in on weekends to help refurbish the campus and do regular maintenance work such as fixing and maintaining office amenities.

As an intern for D.R. Horton Hawaii, I was hired as a purchasing intern but was able to get lots of experience in every department of the company all the way from the land team in the field, to sales and the internal mortgage service.
