As a lifestyle goal for my mental and physical health I love working out and running marathons.  Being active helps me think better and feel better so I can be my best self in my work and personal life.  Dancing has always been a part of me as a child  its truly my therapy.  I absolutely love to shop especially for shoes!!!!  They play a very important part in my running and my dancing!  Because I love to run and dance, eating makes it so much more fun because I can indulge without the guilt since I am so active!  When I need some quiet time, I read!  I am a true introvert, so reading helps me to recharge!
