- I was responsible for leadership of the pastoral ministries at our parish, which included formation and oversight of our pastoral care team, clergy collaboration - making sure no one slipped 'through the cracks' - oversight and support for our prayer shawl ministry, and management of our comfort care ministries (including altar flower delivery, post-surgery follow-up, care notes, and regular visitation for isolated parishioners).
- I developed, trained, and provided support and liturgies for a worship ministry to several senior care facilities to facilitate monthly services. I applied and received a diocesan grant to provide equipment, so we could stream services to senior care centers and into homes, to allow access to those who cannot get to church.
- I preached once or twice a month and consider preaching a significant opportunity for building spiritual development and inspiring all to put their faith into action.
