• 415SE DME - Distance Measuring Equipment
• IVSR - Interim Voice Switch Replacement.
• STARS - Standard Terminal Automation Replacement System.
• AN/FPN-67 FBPAR - Fixed Base Precision Approach Radar System.
• FDIO - Flight Data Input Output
• NVR - NAS Voice Recorder.
• CM 300 UT/VDT/VDR/UR Radios.
• NDB - Non Directional Beacon.
• OM - Outer Marker.
• AN/GRC-171 & AN/GRC211

As a soldier I was given the opportunity to work and train with the civilian technicians at fort campbell army airfield while there I took part in the following.

• Maintained air traffic control equipment to FAA standards on active Army airfield.
• Conducted analysis, repairs, fabrication, maintenance, modification, and evaluation of complex systems.
• Participated in on-the-job training to enhance technical support capabilities in air traffic control.
• Completed Fort Campbell ATC maintenance training package and achieved CM300/350 radio technician certification.
• Performed regular preventative maintenance on Tactical Terminal Control System and Air Traffic Navigation Integration and Coordination System.
• Executed maintenance on digital legal audio recorder and fixed base precision approach radar.
• Serviced CM-300/350 UHF/VHF radios and Tactical Air Navigation System components.
• Maintained Instrument Landing System and Digital Airport Surveillance Radar systems effectively.

• By learning electronic troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs, this school will allow you to become well-versed in weapon systems, vehicles, and tactical support equipment.
• Maintain and repair air traffic communications equipment such as Air Traffic Navigation, Integration, and Coordination System (ATNAVICS), Tactical Terminal Control System (TTCS), Mobile Tower System (MOTS).
• Performed mechanical and electrical maintenance on small arms weapons, Humvees, trucks, mobile electric power generation systems, air conditioners, and various other systems.
• Maintained and repaired Air Traffic Navigation, Integration, and Coordination System (ATNAVICS), AN/TPN-31(V)8 Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS), AN/TSQ-221B Mobile Tower System (MOTS), AN/MSQ-135A Tactical Terminal Control System (TTCS), AN/TSQ-198B Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS), AN/TSQ-221B Digital Voice Recording System (DVRS), Blue Force Tracker (BFT), AN/ARC-220 Radio Set, AN/PRC-117G Radio Set, AN/PRC-117F Radio Set, AN/PRC-150A Radio Set, and RT-1523 SINGARS.
• Troubleshoots equipment to localize, isolate and accomplish necessary repairs.
• Performs corrective maintenance by diagnosing, isolating and repairing complex system/subsystem malfunctions to restore services with minimum delay.
• Reviewed blueprints, schematics, and manuals to understand technical specifications.
• Skill in the interpretation of technical data such as drawings, schematics, blueprints and other specifications of complete electronic systems and in depth knowledge of various types of electronic logic and the ability to trace that logic from one system to another.
• While in the training course I was able to complete ETA Fiber Optics and Data Cabling Certification.
