As a soldier I was given the opportunity to work and train with the civilian technicians at fort campbell army airfield while there I took part in the following.

  • Maintained air traffic control equipment to FAA standards on active Army airfield.

  • Participated in on-the-job training to enhance technical support capabilities in air traffic control.
  • Completed Fort Campbell ATC maintenance training package and achieved CM300/350 radio technician certification.
  • Performed regular preventative maintenance on Tactical Terminal Control System and Air Traffic Navigation Integration and Coordination System.
  • Executed maintenance on digital legal audio recorder and fixed base precision approach radar.
  • Serviced CM-300/350 UHF/VHF radios and Tactical Air Navigation System components.
