• Lead a high performance 75 member team overseeing end to end Order to Cash (Credit, Sales Tax, Collections, and Cash Application), Account to Report (General Ledger, Corporate Tax, Management Reporting, and Public Reporting), Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Payroll, and Treasury Management.
• Drove significant market cap expansion by completing a six year reorganization plan including the full strategic exit of the Company's Information Technology Segments across a series of 5 Divestitures in North America and Europe.
• Implemented multiple fin tech solutions to drive cost savings and efficiency gains, including implementation of Riskified platform to eliminate $3M in annual credit card chargeback fraud.
• Oversaw successful margin recovery and expansion efforts in light of 800% transportation inflation associated with ocean container costs during the Covid 19 Pandemic.
• Implemented corporate rebranding effort by executing strategic plan to rename Systemax Inc (SYX) to Global Industrial Company (GIC), to fully align shareholders with the go to market branding known and respected by all other key stakeholders inclusive of customers, employees, and vendors
• Led acquisition of Indoff Inc, a strategic acquisition focused on channel expansion in the fragmented Industrial Distribution Market

Progressive management roles including serving as the Divisional Controller of the Industrial Products Group and key functions within the Financial Planning & Analysis group.

• Financial team lead from design to implementation of a full organizational shared service center in Budapest, Hungary, to support the in market operations of IT Distribution firms in the UK, SE, IT, DE, NL, ES, and FR. Generated more than $8M in annual cost savings.
• Led business valuation and due diligence efforts of the highly accretive acquisition of the Plant Equipment Group from Takkt AG, a leading German Public Company.
• Implemented enhanced Public Reporting and Investor Relations reporting to better educate Investors and Wall Street on the sum of the part valuation of SYX associated with multi segment business model in the midst of planned reorganization, exiting nearly two thirds of its Revenue Streams.

TigerDirect, a direct Subsidiary of Systemax Inc (NYSE: SYX), represented a $2B North American IT Distribution Segment with key operations in E-Commerce, B2B, and Brick and Mortar Retail Distribution

• Completed 12 Month Management Training Course including executing monthly projects across all key functional roles in the organization inclusive of Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Internal Audit, and Merchandising.
• Developed key reporting capabilities to ensure successful collections of portfolio of vendor funding initiatives in excess of $150 million in annual volume.
• Created enhanced transportation and logistics financial reporting to drive improved profitability and improved competitive positioning in a highly price competitive market.

Served as Employee number 4 of a start up Med Tech firm specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of a propriety fabric with both medical and first response applications in the line of personal protective equipment.

• Developed Business Plan with emphasis on expanding marketing opportunities beyond the medical profession toward First Response community domestic and abroad.
• Negotiated and won first international sale in the Company's history by completing a multi year contract for Singapore's National Fire and Rescue Operations.
