  • Lead a high performance 75 member team overseeing end to end Order to Cash (Credit, Sales Tax, Collections, and Cash Application), Account to Report (General Ledger, Corporate Tax, Management Reporting, and Public Reporting), Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Payroll, and Treasury Management.
  • Drove significant market cap expansion by completing a six year reorganization plan including the full strategic exit of the Company's Information Technology Segments across a series of 5 Divestitures in North America and Europe.
  • Implemented multiple fin tech solutions to drive cost savings and efficiency gains, including implementation of Riskified platform to eliminate $3M in annual credit card chargeback fraud.
  • Oversaw successful margin recovery and expansion efforts in light of 800% transportation inflation associated with ocean container costs during the Covid 19 Pandemic.
