I also maintained complete oversight of all building operations, inventory controls, and expansion of all systems management programs.
  • Overseeing all engineering and Structural related departments, maintenance of facility, its security surveillance systems and the general maintenance of its contract were some of the responsibilities associated with assignment. I also worked as an agency representative with power of attorney (proxy) on behalf of CG/Times Square Hotel LP in various courts addressing building violations.
