Perform a variety of cooking tasks, following recipes. Determine the quantities of ingredients for the required yields. Prepare and cook meals in a timely manner. Assist other cooks in the kitchen. Maintain inventory and rotation of food. Clean and sanitize the equipment and work area.

Prepare salads, vegetables, pasta, fruit, pastry, and various snacks for the buffet line and cadet full wing sit-down. Follow daily recipes, and determine the quantity needed for each meal. Install all components relative to fuel system, to include fuel boost pumps, manifolds, transfer lines, quantity sensors, shutoff valves and wire harnesses. Perform extensive sealant application. Access and use computer system to reference jobs, parts and supplies.

Perform fuel systems maintenance on F-16 and C-130 aircraft. Troubleshoot, isolate, and repair malfunctions in aircraft fuel systems. Replace fuel boost pumps, quantity sensors, wire harnesses, and all other relevant components. Maintain tool inventory, and make recommendations on improving aircraft repair manuals. Hydrazine (toxic fuel) training and experience. Perform spill clean-up, service, and respond to all hydrazine-related emergencies. Supervise junior fuel systems mechanics.
