Thomas Hannon

I work for Louis Landscaping to provide landscaping assistance to the business's numerous customers. Some of the jobs include landscaping work such as mowing lawns, mulching, and providing any yard assistance to customers.

At ETI, my job was to follow CAD drawings and designs and make parts for the production line machines that the company made for distribution to companies such as Trader Joes and Nabisco. All parts were made in the shop using CNC machines, lathes, and other machining equipment. I developed machining skills working at ETI and learned the importance of attention to detail at this job. As an aspiring engineer, this job developed my technical working skills that are crucial for engineers in all fields to have in order to design, build, and fix.

I helped customers find their desired items throughout the store. I gained experience with helping and assisting people. I learned how the retail job field operates on a daily basis. I also gained large amounts of knowledge in plumbing, electrical, landscaping and gardening, shop repairs, and general homeowner operations. Filling propane cylinders was also a large part of the job. This job helped me build upon and develop my customer service skills to help every customer and ensure customer return.
