*I am a very experienced Production Manager with extensive experience at O&K Inc., adept at optimizing production processes and managing large teams. Proven track record in cost reduction and quality assurance, leading over 850 employees in a sewing factory. Skilled in strategic planning and dedicated to continuous improvement, ensuring high standards in manufacturing operations.

*Started my sewing skills through family business since 1988 with my parents through 2001, where I set off to learn about Manufacturing, starting Jucunda, then through One Clothing. During my first year at One Clothing, they were grossing 25 million a year. After three years of my assistance in Production, they were at $150 million a year. The highest grossed year was at $350 million.

My accomplishments are:

*help grow a company that was my second home and my life, I spent more hours at One Clothing than in my own house.

*help restart the boom in production in Mexico after my previous generation had given up during the year 2005 to now, more sewing companies are in Mexico now the back in the days.

*received Wrap Certification for my factory in Ensenada, Baja, Mexico.

*worked with a huge manufacturing company, learned about all different types of activewear, casual, junior, missy, denim, etc... learned all different types of clothing.

*learned a lot about skincare products, worked with retailers and celebrities.
