Accomplishments

  • Stand-up and onboarding of the Next-generation Open Mission Systems (NOMS) software integration team for the Norwegian-built Joint Strike Missile (JSM). This was the first enterprise team to solve the unique challenges of working on a non-US system with a Partner Nation.
  • Designed the NOMS UI for JSM. Worked with enterprise Release Train Engineers, Solutions managers, and UX/UI developers to draft 11 quarters of feature scope and acceptance criteria with their respective child stories for developer integration.
  • Managing of the JSM mission planning integration project across multiple US government-owned cloud networks. The involvement of the US Air Force, US Navy, F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO), US industry, and F-35 Partner nations in the NOMS enterprise requires strict data partitioning in an ever-evolving online cloud environment.
  • Lead Developer for F-35 FMS Mission Data File (MDF) reprogramming project to support urgent customer requirements outside the normal development cycle.
  • 18-month initiative working directly embedded with Lockheed Martin Aero to program, generate testing scenarios for, laboratory test, and operationally flight test F-35 MDFs. Lead to the successful meeting of Initial Operational Capability (IOC) of the most advanced MDF fielded in the world at the time.
  • Development work in advanced 5th generation MDF laboratory test methodology. Directly contributed to changing the industry standard for sensor fusion test procedures.
  • CONUS and OCONUS work interfacing with US and FMS customers to create a conduit for customer feedback to the engineering staff. Full life cycle support from project requirements and development phase, test phase, final delivery and continuing support.
  • Subject matter expert in F-35 JSF program for sensor fusion, MDF programming.
  • Leading Petty Officer for the management of nine personnel involved in tactical and strategic signals collection and evaluation in a dynamic and fast paced work environment.
  • Operation of signals intelligence suite and the generation and dissemination of time-sensitive intelligence to a global network of US national security actors and organizations.
  • Intelligence analyst for USS New York charged with generation of real-time and projected intelligence. Drafting of intelligence presentations compiled from organically generated and international intelligence community research and follow-on briefing to command level leadership.
