• OSHA Forklift Certification June 2014 to June 2019 Received certification when I worked as a material handler. It has unfortunately expired.
• TIG welding experience no certification obtained only on the job training with a master welder September 2009 to May 2011 Learned at a sheet metal specialty shop. TIG welding perforated sheet metal of different gauges and perforation sizes. For instance 18 gauge stainless steel, 1/8 perforation material, 11 gauge non perforated sheet metal. After the production workers including myself would obtain a work order we would create screens, baskets, and cones of all different sizes. Sometimes a specific mesh liner installed per work order. When I learned TIG welding it was welding seams, rings OD and ID pertaining to basket specs, and connecting cones or baskets to 11 gauge plate with handle.
• HVAC production April 2017 to February 2019 On the job trained HVAC duct work fabrication. Worked with steel and sometimes aluminum. Fiberglass insulation per customer specification. Built and installed veins per work order. Insulated wrapped finished duct work then loaded onto box truck along with other accessories needed at the job site for the mechanics to install duct work.
• Driver's License February 2023 to November 2029 Class D
• Heat Treatment Operator February 2012 to June 2014 Heat treat operator at BH Aircraft Company. Annealed, brazed, treated metal alloys in heat treating furnaces according to work order. Select program to run for specific work order. Run process. Monitor progress and or problems by computer using heat probes placed on metal. All jobs logged on daily paperwork.
