As a Special Agent I was involved in a wide range of investigative matters from the Violent Crime and Major Offender Program (VCMOP) White Collar Crime Program (WCP), and Foreign Counterintelligence Investigations (FCI). These investigations included a wide range of responsibilities as Case Agent.

  • Gathered evidence and served as witness in court proceedings with 100% conviction rate throughout career.
  • As Case Agent coordinated with other agencies during multi-jurisdictional investigations. Multi-jurisdiction cases often included 5 or more agencies and as many as 100 personnel.
  • While assigned to U.S. Virgins Islands, as Case Agent of Major Case secured largest seizure in FBI history excluding narcotics matters.
  • Prepared reports, kept investigation records, and maintained all case-related paperwork.
  • Secured search warrants to investigate scenes of crimes and collect evidence.
  • Delivered calm, professional testimony to support case evidence, establish timelines, and offer law enforcement expertise.

During July 1983 I attended Basic Training at Fort Dix, New Jersey. Upon completion of Basic Training attended Officer Candidate School at Fort Benning Georgia and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant on January 13, 1984. During following 5 1/2 years, attended numerous military schools and was assigned as Infantry Officer to combat unit 1/13 Infantry Battalion. Assignments included Platoon Leader, Special Weapons Platoon Leader (Tow Missiles), Company Executive Officer, Acting Company Commander, and S-3 Air. advanced to the rank of Captain. Was selected to take a platoon of the most qualified soldiers in the 8th Infantry Division to attend Level 10 French Commando training in Givet, France. This unit outperformed all French unit throughout the course of training. As acting Company Commander, Maneuvered A Company on several field training exercises and garrison activities. As a Junior Grade Infantry Officer in a mechanized Unit, was personally responsible for millions of dollars of equipment.

  • Developed and executed infantry unit strategy for offensive and defensive maneuvers.
  • Maintained excellent weapons knowledge and coordinated infantry operation of rifles, machine guns and hand grenades.
  • Organized and oversaw training, administration and security activities of Infantry units.
