During my time in Jamaica I have experienced working Belmont stakes, Bussing programs, Cross honoring in high pressure situations, worked closely with engineers in Air Train. I have also worked outside the department with transportation. On a daily basis worked side by side with the President Staff making sure press conferences, luncheon's and other requests are met to the highest standards. - Supervise all aspects of day to day cleaning operations including routine,spray wash, heavy duty cleaning, and snow removal.
- Conducting daily safety briefings and maintaining a safe environment for employees,contractors, and customers.
- Ensure employees have tools and PPE to complete their daily tasks.
- Keeping inventory,making sure tools,vehicles and machinery are in good standing.
- Perform station inspections and bathroom audits.
- Work closely with management within and out of departments to get the job done safe and efficient.
- Attend TSOW meetings with outside companies and managers to go over task at hand and what is entailed to complete task.
- Understand union negotiations and work closely with engineers in JCC building
- Work with safety and report concerns or hazards to employees.
- Create monthly schedules of cleaning projects, create job tasks for employees.
- Take proper steps in completing forms for accidents and random drug screenings.
- Share new ideas of what will make the operation more beneficial
