  • Supported future project acquisitions through POC testing following through with DOE studies and executions.
  • Performed manufacturing support for all products through critical chemical sampling and testing.
  • Chemical team inventory helping keep track and stocked chemicals needed to support all product development processes.
  • Worked with all stages of production from synthesis, chromatography, to UF/DF, freeze-dry to api, and packaging.
  • Familiar with Atka-purifiers, synthesizers, UNICORN methods, column packing systems.

Bartender

Lenox Hotel And Suites
07.2021 - Current
  • Kept bar presentable and well-stocked to meet customer needs.
  • Performed opening and closing duties, printing sales reports, setting up for incoming shift, preparing cash drawers and taking inventory.
  • High-End martini bar which requires tact and extreme prioritizing.

Manufacturing Technician II

Nitto Avecia
11.2020 - 11.2021
  • Hired as a temp manufacturing tech I, was hired after four months as a manufacturing tech II.
  • Worked with synthesizers, DCA HDMIs, waste management, all in a full clean cGMP space.
  • Prepared and reviewed standard operating procedures, manufacturing batch records and productivity reports.
  • Reviewed PIs, SOPs, helepd with CAPA investigations and root cause analysis as well as scrum activities.

Supplemental Instructor for Organic Chemistry

MCPHS University
09.2016 - 09.2018
  • Served as a supplemental instructor for Organic chemistry 1 & 2 at MCPHS University, attending each class as a fellow instructor while walking around and answering the questions of the class.
  • Routinely drafted review sessions and course plans, both individually and succulently, with both organic chemistry teachers.
  • Designed and implemented two review sessions a week receiving 30-40 students consistently and over a 100 on test weeks.

Pod Instructor for Organic Chemistry Lab 1&2

MCPHS University
09.2016 - 09.2017
  • Taught two lab sections a semester for Fall, Spring, and Summer courses.
  • Responsible for up to 15 students per pod; grading their work, instructing them on proper lab techniques, and leading the class with demonstrations and directions for each lab.
  • Handled all concepts of organic labs 1 and 2 from simple distillations and thin-layer chromatography to purifications and multi-step synthesizes.
  • Effectively created an open and warm learning environment by encouraging the students to ask questions and making myself available for any extra help.

Spectroscopic Analysis Lab Instructor

MCPHS University
12.2016 - 05.2017
  • Trained and guided the class on various instrumentation and analysis of veritable spectra including; HNMR, CNMR, UV-Vis, fluorescence, and IR.
  • Instructed the class in various sample preparation techniques, often giving them unknowns to run on various instruments and to later use their NMR and IR knowledge to identify a compound and explain the spectra.
