1st Place in category for DECA statewide competition

This past school year, I, along with two other partners, qualified to compete in DECA State competition for our project Empower: Bobcat Heroes, which helped raise food donations from our school and then distribute them by partnering with local charity Food4Kids. We presented the process of our project, documented from start to finish, to a judge at the State Career Development Conference (CDC) in Orlando, and took first place in our category, Project Management - Community Giving, qualifying to attend the International Conference only a month later.
