Most experience I have received is the training by the Army to neutralize a threat had it appeared as we performed our mission over seas in Afghanistan. Had any threat come about we were trained to work as a small team of soldiers to minimalize any threat or damage the individual could have committed.

Skills learned at this type of job was how to handle impatient customers in many different parts of the country. if a person was rude to myself I needed to show patience and remain calm to execute my job in a professional manner.  

Traveling to all parts of the country people act differently to certain situations. One major skill I learned with this job was people react differently to situations in different parts of the country. Being able to read facial and body language made my job much simpler to perform.
