Volunteer for nonprofit organization that provides aid in Colombia. The primary focus of the organization is matching international donors with Colombian charities seeking aid. In my volunteer role I have worked with a multinational team to achieve the organization's goals. My primary work has been copywriting in English and Spanish, producing content for the website, developing organizational communications for distribution to donors, and a small amount of grant writing.

Responsible for quality control on orders coming out of the kitchen, served the food to customers, and made sure customers were happy with their meals. Heavy emphasis on customer service. Left this position to focus on school and athletics, but manager gave me an open invitation to return.

In charge of phone sales at local pizza place. I took orders, worked with customers to make sure orders were correct, coordinated food production, and managed and trained other phone sales staff. Pitched in with pizza production as needed. Heavy emphasis on customer service. Strengthened customer loyalty by being friendly and professional in all interactions.
