I am currently the Lead Maintenance Technician 3 for VGT2 for the UIS Dept. I am responsible for the Direction of work for 24 Technician's over 4 different shifts. Duties include scheduling, Assigning PM's, Troubleshooting issues with not only the 34 machines under my supervision but sourcing parts. I am also the Fearless Facilitator for this Facility. Also this is the 2nd IXD that I have help launch.

• Swing Shift Hotel Engineer. Responsible for 2 Towers and 560 Hotel rooms and Suites. Handling of Customer calls including Plumbing, Electrical, Lock issues, HVAC and Other calls. Also assisted with Calls in Casino areas and Restaurants including Plumbing and Kitchen Equipment.

Responsibilities included handling Customer service calls. Repairs to units as required including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and painting to units as required. Also appliance repair. Knowledge of keyless lock systems. CPO certified.

Turn of apartments including painting, drywall repair and other issues related to make ready of apartments. Also after hour calls and work orders on a daily basis.
