Accomplishments

Hello my name is Thomasina and I have worked at CT Children's for just under 18 years. I am married and have three adult daughters. I am an advocate for the LGBTQ community and believe we are all human beings that deserve equal rights.

One of my biggest and most challenging accomplishments is that my husband and I had the opportunity to foster his great niece and nephew for just over a year 2024-2025. We were able to work closely with DCF to make sure they all had the support and services in place that they needed. Foster care was the most challenging and rewarding experience that we as a family have ever accomplished, but watching the children and their mom become a family again and being able to continue to be a part of their lives is a gift I will always cherish.
