  • Oversees Health Equity training for business teams and employees, partnering with Human Resources and Provider Relations to develop and deliver health equity programmatic training.
  • Maintains Health Equity plans required by state and federal agencies including CMS, NCQA, Kansas and Missouri regulatory bodies, and federal regulatory compliance to oversee all relevant health equity requirements are met with compliance.
  • Partners with data analytics team to inform Health Equity interventions focused on improved access and outcomes and drive Population Health and Quality programming interventions.
  • Serves as key partner to senior leaders in planning and upholding Health Equity strategy. Defines need, structures approach, and identifies resources to support targeted programming.
