Tiara is an intelligent, hardworking, dependable, trustworthy, goal oriented, driven and honest person. She made my entire team better.
  • While in my employ she earned several promotions, eventually becoming my Wine Manager. This was a hybrid Assistant Manager/Wine Consultant position. She was my number two and ran the store in my absence. Tiara handled all the wine department duties including vendor relations, purchasing, placement, inventory, hand selling, and product demonstrations. Tiara also handled store management duties like opening and closing, reconciliation, check-up, deposits, and employee management.
