Loading: Load packages off truck onto the belt

Induct: Scan and Label packages that are loading onto the belt from the truck with a printing gun which will establish their route or destination alphabetically.

Divert: Divert packages onto the belt that each belong to by the alphabet.

Stow Buffing: Take packages off the belt that I am responsible for and place them on the labeled cart to confirm their destination.

Stowing: Take packages from labeled cart, scan it, scan the tote bag it’s destined to, to confirm and place them in cube tote bags.

Damage Control: Inspect packages to make sure they are not damaged. If they are damaged I then follow the correct protocol and damage items or packages.

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
• Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Manage housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs
• Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
• Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

• Support and uphold the expectations of the RGM
• Utilize customer feedback measures (Secret Shopper report) to develop and execute action plans to improve the experience guest and maintain company average in those areas
• Maintain high and quality required scores with administrative audits and safety/security audits
• Demonstrates 'positive energy' by role modeling the handling of customer issues on the spot using BLAST and ensures that hospitality is exceeded on all shifts by casting their leadership shadowing
• Uplift, support and manage crew associates
• Ensure that the Team is properly trained and developed
• Resolve conflict in a timely manner
• Making sure team understands and acts on business priorities
