Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with ASM's policies and applicable laws.
Supervisory Responsibilities include oversee staff schedules, instructs, and trains ticket sellers as to the proper selling procedures.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.
Prepares cash banks for ticket sellers and verifies cash sales and banks at the end of shifts.
Prepares and submits a daily report of business transactions and consignment sales to Finance department.
Makes bank deposits.
Responds to customer complaints and service requests to maintain a positive rapport with the ticket buying public.
Maintains accurate record of daily balance of cash received, tickets sold and change bank/vault.
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, responds promptly to customer needs, responds to requests for service and assistance, able to work independently and handle box office questions without assistance.

2017 Study Abroad Experience – China, The Digital Silk Road. Hybrid course – In person lecture plus study abroad experience in China for a time period of 23 days. Digital research included research 11 cities like: Beijing, Xian, Xinjiang and Kashgar. Played an extensive role in digital mapping, digital content creator and editor using JS Digital Story Map software. Plus, openly presented The Digital Silk Road experience along with the digital map to Guilford colleagues and visiting professors from local universities.
