Tiernan Colson

Most of my life I've spent in the pursuit of those around me and lifting up youths from troubled background in an effort to making a difference in the world. Have an extensive background working with children and teenagers of all ages and am amicable and receptive to change. I work well both collaboratively and individually and thrive in an environment that has open feedback and information flows freely from employer to employee with minimal stops.

Enjoy working with youths and enjoy teaching new things to people and appreciate that things take different lengths of time to disseminate for different people and am always willing to help accommodate an open learning environment. I believe in collaborative learning, where a teacher helps the classrooms understanding of subjects grow by following suggestions from students. I believe that a teacher show grow alongside students, allowing experience to help inform their actions while still being receptive to changing tactics if things don't work well.
