- Assisted in creating a Libguide that provided guiding questions and related resources for the black history month book club at the University
- Designed possible bookmarks for Interlibrary Loan (ILL) for marketing purposes
- Communicated effectively with supervisor prior to assigned tasks to ensure they were completed correctly
- Performed staff support tasks by occasionally monitoring the library's live chat (LibChat)
