I am currently a student at Larock Healthcare Academy enrolled in the Medical Assistant program and set to graduate in April. This program also offers Phlebotomy, EKG, and PTC/Multiskills Tech certifications and I will be obtaining these as well.

While I maybe entry-level in the Medical Assistant field, I have experience in patient care for the aging adult, the disabled, addiction recovery, and hospice care. I am proficient with computers, data entry, and time management.

  • Informing workers on the daily task such as the pie of the day, break plans and work placements
  • Once shift begins I check the pie quality, date printed quality and pie placement facing the right direction
  • If line alarm goes off, resetting the box taper and restarting the line, grabbing all pies that went through making sure they all have dates if not then have them reran
  • Monitoring the packer making sure they have plenty of trays and replacing them as needed
  • If needing more trays having selected number of worker's fold trays while the line is still going to production can proceed
  • Monitoring the shipper press making sure its full and adding more shippers if needed
  • Monitoring the VariVac room to make sure vacuum sealers are working and the pies are ready to be ran based off their time put in
  • Taking any empty pie racks to the wash room as the VariVac workers finish and replacing a new rack by their machines
  • Diving up workers for break and keeping enough to keep going with production
  • Assist in boxing or packing the shippers while breaks are going
  • Taking any unsealed pie back to the VariVac room to have reran
  • Keeping track of secondary pies that can't be sold and placing them on a pallet to be boxed during a down time
  • On downtime having workers, fold trays, clean the warehouse or work on secondary projects while pies make their times to be ran
  • Notifying Shift Supervisor of the progress, number count and any issues.
