• Follow classroom management instructions and lesson plans left by lead teachers in grades TK-12 and Special Education
• Maintain a positive, safe, and healthy learning environment for all students in-person and via Zoom, Canvas, and Google Classroom.

• Learn and use American sign-language in daily morning activities such as reviewing the alphabet and leading phonics exercises

Collaborate with master teacher and student support services to implement engaging curricula for students with exceptionalities, using IEPs and assessment data to help students achieve their goals. Continuously assess and monitor student progress.

• Use student Individualized Educational Programs (IEP) to implement engaging curriculum for moderate/severe preschool students while managing student behavior and maintaining a fun, safe, positive environment in-person and in a virtual classroom
• Work with a speech/language pathologist, occupational therapist, and physical therapist, to provide students with necessary accommodations and materials in the classroom
• Communicate with parents regularly to update them on student progress and provide assistance when needed.

Use formative and summative assessments to implement engaging curricula including accomodations and modifications when needed. Communicate with parents on student and class progress on a daily to weekly basis. Collaborate with colleagues to assist with school events and activities.

-Designed and integrated monthly themed and holida-based curricula for Kindergarteners, ensuring alignment with class objectives to enhance cultural diversity and individual expression.

-Coordinated a comprehensive range of indoor and outdoor activities for students from Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade, fostering holistic development in physical, social, psychological, and educational domains. Initiatives included the Homework Club (tutoring), Science Club, Cooking Club, and Fitness Club.
