Z'Tejas is a chain of restaurants featuring southwestern cuisine and a charming atmosphere. My former General Manager from BJ's asked me to come work for him at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the company took a financial hit and this location was forced to close it's doors in October 2017. The company now has new owners and has since opened a new location across the street from the old one.
I began working at TGI Fridays after moving to Texas in November of 2013. I started as a server and was promoted to bartender in May of 2014.
