- Execute day-to-day tactical requests as communicated by the FPS Partner/Lead

· Receive, complete, coordinate, and/or escalate requests and activities that support product and asset management

· Manage exceptions to ensure processes / requests are followed up timely and closed loop

· Identify requests that require specialized knowledge or escalation; leverage subject matter experts to quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries

• Proactively manages risk to the firm and to the client by closely following department policies and procedures
• Makes outbound calls to clients in accordance with department policies and firm compliance rules to obtain additional information
• Uses consultative process to identify/address client needs through questioning and offering the most appropriate solution
• Research client/account history as necessary to complete production
• Use consultative approach to identify new services that may be appropriate for the client and may act on opportunities to create value and present mutually beneficial solutions to the client
• Work with cloud based programs such as Salesforce, and SS&C

• Receives inbound calls from patients requesting services within Johns Hopkins Medicine
• Coordinate appointment scheduling
• Collect/Update patient demographics
• Insurance information and verification using electronic medical record (EPIC)
• Maintain department processing standards in productivity and quality

• Interpreting state and local requirements, procedures and guidelines
• Facilitating the initial titling and registration of vehicles to include MSO processing, buy lease backs, ownership transfers
• Manage personal and departmental workflows Analyze problems, identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions
• Exercise problem solving solutions
• Establish great working relationships with dealers, clients, and title agencies
• Interact in a professional manner with other departments
