Primary Purpose: Supervise cafeteria in all areas of food preparation to ensure that students, staff, and visitors receive a meal that meets all State and/or Federal guidelines in a friendly and safe cafeteria setting. Responsibilities included but were not limited to: supervision, training, and management of the campus child nutrition operation.

• Received and stored incoming supplies according to procedures.
• Assisted cashiers with processing customer payments and documenting orders.
• Tracked meal purchases and accepted payments at cash register.
• Inspected appliances, commercial fryers, and ovens to verify proper working order.
• Prepared ingredients and recipe components ahead of time.
• Followed all proper handling procedures for prepared foods, ingredients and leftovers.
• Cooked food per recipe requirements in large batches for routine school breakfasts, lunches and special events.
• Served food according to temperature, safety and presentation guidelines.

• Organized therapy services, programs and activities to support treatment goals.
• Provided ADL, functional mobility, ROM and strength therapies under supervising therapist.
• Transported patients to and from therapy area for assessment and treatment.
• Completed daily tracking forms, technical audit, screen tracking and physician signature tracking to assist DOR.
