After more than two decades in classroom-based special education roles, I am intentionally transitioning into a clinical services setting where my strengths in treatment-aligned goal development, behavior support, and systems-level collaboration can be applied more broadly. Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in developing individualized goals, modeling effective conflict management during escalated situations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency of care and high-quality services. I am particularly interested in contributing to Fraser’s Autism Center of Excellence through participation in program development, training, and operational supports, as well as supporting client intake processes and participating in clinical team meetings and peer reviews. My goal is to move beyond direct classroom instruction and into a role that supports high-quality, ABA-aligned services for children and families across Fraser programs.
